Johnny Kwong，理學士，RPh
Johnny 畢業於多倫多大學，在社區藥學領域擁有 47 年的豐富背景。 Johnny 和妻子 Ruth 精通英語、中文、粵語、閩南語和普通話，於 1987 年在多倫多唐人街中心創立了 RK Pharmacy，成為華人社區中不可或缺的人物。除了慈善捐款之外，他們還共同熱愛高爾夫。值得注意的是，2023 年 6 月，Johnny 與 Alfred Loy 合作推出了 Emerge Pharmacy。
Alfred Loy，理學學士，博士
Alfred，又名 Al，畢業於多倫多大學，擁有超過 29 年的社區藥劑師經驗。在成功經營大型連鎖藥局十多年後，艾爾轉向提供個人化的病患照護。 2007年，他在多倫多市中心開設了第一家獨立藥房，強調為患者提供量身定制的服務。隨後，他透過將藥房出售給連鎖店，從獨立部門轉型回公司，但最終又回到了獨立藥房執業領域。值得注意的是，2023年6月，Al與Johnny Kwong聯手成立Emerge Pharmacy，標誌著他們職業生涯的新篇章。

A University of Toronto graduate in 1981, Amelia has been dedicated to delivering pharmaceutical care to her community. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, her approach involves attentive listening and genuine care. Amelia consistently exceeds her pharmacist role by offering exceptional assistance to Chinese seniors, going above and beyond her duties to provide support and aid.
