Main Shipping Terms
All orders require 4 - 7 business days of processing time unless otherwise noted on the product page or communicated.
Free shipping on orders of $50 CAD or more (before taxes and after discount) in Canada. Excluding some remote locations.
Shipping fees are subject to change. Orders may qualify for
additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order.
Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
Shipping may take longer to addresses and other remote or non-standard addresses.
Shipping- Canada
Emerge provides two shipping options – Standard Shipping &
Express Shipping. Please note that whether you choose Standard Shipping or Express Shipping, your order will be subject to 5 - 10 business days of processing time before it ships unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders may qualify for additional shipping charges depending on the size and bulk of the order. Customers will always be contacted before any such charge is added.
Standard Shipping
Our Standard Shipping is free in Canada when your order value
is over $50. Standard Shipping with a tracking number will be provided
for Canadian orders only. Items should arrive at your door anywhere
between 2 to 9 business days (excluding remote locations). Orders below $50 are subject to a standard shipping fee.
All orders require 5 - 10 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you’ve ordered, or communicated via e-mail. The same processing time applies to store pickup orders.
Returns
Order Cancellations
There is a cancellation fee of 10% of the subtotal of the order or a $10 minimum for orders with a subtotal less than $100. No cancellations will be accepted after an order has been shipped.
Returns
Please note that, we are not the manufacturers of the products we
sell. If you have a question regarding the product or have any other product related concerns, please contact the manufacturer at the phone number on thepackaging. If you would like to make a return request, please email info@emergepharmacy.ca with your order number (as quoted in
the subject line of your “Order Confirmation”).
All returns must be sent prepaid within 7 days of the date received,
and be accompanied by a return authorization code. No collect shipments will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not accept
returns on opened merchandise.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.
They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to
sell our products and Services to you.

the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you
are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you
have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use

that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our
products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction.
We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right
to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All
descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at

right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product

warrant that the quality of any products, Services, information, or

Our processor Shopify uses limited automated decision-making to
prevent fraud that does not have a legal or otherwise significant effect
on you.
Services that include elements of automated decision-making include:
Temporary blacklist of IP addresses associated with repeated failed
transactions. This blacklist persists for a small number of hours.
Temporary blacklist of credit cards associated with blacklisted IP
addresses. This blacklist persists for a small number of days.

Our Site sells Personal Information, as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (“CCPA”).
