Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, citric acid
Recommended Adult Dose: Take ¼ sachet four times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Take with food or immediately after meals. Completely dissolve powder in 1/4 glass of cold water or juice. Allow fizzing to stop before drinking. Take at least two to three hours before or after taking antibiotics. For optimal effect, use for a minimum of four weeks.
